Short walk to local metro bus stop. Close to Mt Vernon bike/walk trail, fitness centers, shopping, restaurants, public tennis, libraries and history. much better than a hotel for longer term stays!

TWO LEVELS: Upper level with living, kitchen, dining, full hall bath, two bedrooms (one queen bedroom and one king bedroom with a separate private bathroom), plus large upper level deck. Lower level with office area, family room, two additional bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 or 2 twin beds - your choice - and one bedroom with a queen bed), a full bathroom, laundry room with full size washer/dryer plus storage area, and patio with seating, gas grill, wood firepit (S'mores!) and large fenced yard. The west facing deck and patio are great for relaxing as the sun goes down (outdoor furniture usually stored off season), private, off-street driveway parking, and large fenced yard. Utilities, high speed internet and cable provided. Prudent use of utilities expected. responsible renters welcome!
